Ghost

Weaknesses

Ghost has a weakness to Dark and Ghost types. These Pokemon types will be strong against Ghost, causing Ghost to take a super effective double (2x) damage from attacks of those types.

Fighting and Normal type attacks will have no effect on Ghost, as Ghost is immune to this type of damage! Please avoid these types of attacks.

Please keep in mind that Ghost is resistant to attacks from Bug and Poison types, and these attacks are not very effective and cause reduced damage, so they should be avoided.

Dual-type Pokemon

A Pokemon can have one or two types. A Pokemon with two types is also known as a dual-type Pokemon. The weakness multipliers of two types are mutliplied against each other to create an increased or decreased effect.

For example, both Bug type and Grass type Pokemon have a 2x weakness to Fire. If a dual-type Pokemon has the types Grass and Bug, then their weakness to fire is increased to 4x (2 x 2).
