The type that is strong against Duskull is Dark type Pokemon.

For the best defense, Dark types have very effective defense against Duskull, and will be resistant to damage from Duskull's STAB attacks:

Ghost types will also deal super-effective damage against Duskull, but be careful using Pokemon of this type because they may also receive extra damage from some of Duskull's attacks!

Weaknesses

Duskull's type is Ghost.

Duskull has a weakness to Dark and Ghost types. These Pokemon types will be strong against Duskull, causing Duskull to take a super effective double (2x) damage from attacks of those types.

Fighting and Normal type attacks will have no effect on Duskull, as Duskull is immune to this type of damage! Please avoid these types of attacks.

Please keep in mind that Duskull is resistant to attacks from Bug and Poison types, and these attacks are not very effective and cause reduced damage, so they should be avoided.
