The types that are strong against Amaura are Fighting, Steel, Rock, Water type Pokemon.

For the best defense, Steel types have very effective defense against Amaura, and will be resistant to damage from Amaura's STAB attacks:

Grass and Ground types will also deal super-effective damage against Amaura, but be careful using Pokemon of this type because they may also receive extra damage from some of Amaura's attacks!

Weaknesses

Amaura's type is Rock and Ice.

Amaura is especially vulnerable to Fighting and Steel attacks, it will receive a super effective four times (4x) the amount of damage! Since Fighting and Steel type Pokemon are especially strong against Amaura, you should attack with this type of Pokemon.
